The objective of Health and Wellness activities of the 100 Black Men of Madison are to raise awareness, provide access to health care and give health information that will ultimately promote behavior change resulting in a healthier lifestyles of all.

“What's Up With Opioids?”
In response to the opioid addiction crisis devastating communities across the country, with the support of the Anthem Foundation, the 100 Black Men of Madison conduct “What's Up With Opioids?” seminars at numerous area schools associated with Project SOAR. (read more)
The Ubuntu Program for Emotional Wellness
With the support of the Anthem Foundation, the Ubuntu Program for Emotional Wellness is implemented in select middle schools of Dane County. The focus of this activity is to initiate conversations about stress and how it affects our daily lives.
